Hi Linda. I have pretty complete Lee Co., Va. records. No Lee Co., Va. 10 Aug. 1864 marriage record was found for George Washington Spencer and his 2nd marriage to Emmaline Duncan. His first marriage was ro on 3 Aug 1832 in Scott Co., Va. to Elizabeth Brickey. They had 10 children b. in Scott Co. I suspect that his 2nd marriage to Emmaline Duncan, 10 Aug. 1864 may have been in Scott Co. ( Her parents are not listed). Also, Emmaline Duncan was not found in the 1850 or 1860 Lee Co. census, which leads me to believe that she was from Scott Co., Va. Unfortunately, none of this helps on the parents of Emmaline.
