Milly, I found 19 Wolfe's in the KY death index for Harlan County, KY. I did not find this child. Either he did not die in Harlan or a death certificate was never filed. Since the child was born in 1926 and died in 1927 I would have thought one would be there. Possibly why I never could figure out who this family was.
