Phil I think i have one from Greene Co Tn like that there is 2 posting for the marriage license 6 months apart 2 different surety persons on them. I could never figure what happened with the first one someone said the minister might not have been there at the time of the first one. But it did help me. the 2nd surety was signed by his father which helped me connect the 2 together phyllis -----Original Message----- From: phil smith <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Wednesday, April 27, 2005 2:43 PM Subject: Re: [VALEE] REBECCA WILLIS >If you don't mind me jumping in........the marriages that I have seen on my >family that have "no return" on them was when they did not follow through >with the marriage after posting bond, so after time had elapsed they had to >re post bond....at least that what happened with them. >phil >----- Original Message ----- >From: "Marian Dunlap" <[email protected]> >To: <[email protected]> >Sent: Wednesday, April 27, 2005 12:03 PM >Subject: Re: [VALEE] REBECCA WILLIS > > >> That is an interesting tidbit of information you have passed on about >> marriage licenses.
