Researching the DUNCAN and HAYNES family of Lee Co., Virginia. (for my daughter in law) Jeremiah Duncan married Floretta (Retta) Haynes about 1895 Virginia. (Census has both born in Lee Co.). Had children; Ernest Paul; Robert E.; Samuel M.; Bruce Huston. Jeremiah had a sister Emily Duncan who married Lewis Miner. Miner family still thought to be living in Lee Co. In the 1920 census Catherine Duncan (mother of Jeremiah and Emily) living with the Miner family. Hopefully a member of the family can tell us the death date and location of Catherine's grave.
