    3. Mark, - and anyone else that might help me sort out this family. Mark - Thanks for the marriage info on Ettie (Long) Rigsby and James Warf which lists her parents as Henry and Mima Long. The ages on the marriage record differs 2 yrs. from what I have on both of them. Heres' what I have:: James "Jim" Warf b. Oct 22 1872 (son of Joseph and Mary Ann "Polly" Dillman) married 1st in March 1894 in Lee Co., VA. to Mary J. Mink b. ca 1876 (dau. of William Mink & Martha ) They divorced in??? and he married 2nd to Sara Etta "Susan" Long on May 13, 1909 Lee Co., VA. b. Feb 16, 1889 (dau. of Henry Long and Mima - according to marriage record) She had previously been married to Unknown Rigsby and they divorced. She later married James E. Litterell b. May 5, 1901 (12 yrs younger than her) He also had two other wives - Jennie Jones and Lillie Rowlett. I'm not sure of the marriage order but think Jennie was before "Ettie" and Lillie was after. James and "Ettie" apparently divorced. I don't know if remarried but suspect that he did. I wish I had more ancestors that were monogamus. James warf had three children by "Ettie" I don't know if there were any other children to any of these relationships. I had previously thought that "Ettie" was a dau of Caleb (Cale) Long and Mina Katherine Fields. (could this be Henry and Mima) and his name was Caleb Henry or Henry Caleb Long??? He is burried along with 2 daus. Nellie May Long and Mollie Long in the Warf-Cole Cemetery in Lee Co., VA. I have that "Ettie" had a brother named Rice Long b. ca1890 and a sister Laura Long b. ca1892 but can't connect them to the parents. Can anyone help me with this mess????marriage dates of those not mentioned and census records for James Warf (1900 & 1910 Lee Co., VA.) and (1890 & 1900 & 1910) for Henry Long. I know this is alot to ask but perhaps someone will have this Long family in their tree and be able to help. Many thanks for your time and consideration. Don Warf
