Chaille-- I did a quick search 1840 for Lee & Washington Cos. and found no Fletchers listed at all. A general search for the state came back w/ 6pgs. of Fletchers but no Barcenia or Lavinia. sorry. Maybe there is another name to look at? However, it happens that I am searching for Fletcher as well. My gg-gpa was George Fletcher. My gpa said that George came over to KY from VA or NC w/ his brother Arch. However, when I find George (1880 census only) it states he was born in KY.
