I am not sure if this will help you with finding anything on the family of Emil and Ragna Nesbyen but just in case I thought I would let you know. Ragna's brother Knut who was two years younger owned the farm of FJELDHEIM in Nord Aurdal, Skrautval parish in Fagernas in 1950. I am told that there is a book called NORSKE GARDSBRUK (Norweign Farms) edited in 1957 which has a volume for Valdres and that referrence is given to Knut and family. I am going to try and see if I can find a copy of this book but in the mean time thought it might be a clue. I wish I could come to Norway and search for myself but health problems won't let me travel right now. I would give anything to find a living relative to communicate with and share information and family stories. Like I say I don't know if this helps or not but anything is worth a try. Thanks again for your willingness to try helping me in my search. Ruby
