Thanks to all of you. I found my Oie family in Lac qui parle county in Mn. in the 1880's census of Norwegians in America. I hope to do some searching in Norway this week and hope to find them there. Sven was married to Surena Gunderson who were the parents of Clara Oie who married Soren Holdahl, Erling's grandfather. We have a wonderful photo of Clara's family if we could find any Oie or Gunderson cousins with whom to share. Shirley and Erling
