We are researching Clara Oie born in Mn. in 1880 and married to Soren Holdahl in Roseau in 1904. Clara's father and grandfather were Sven and Even respectively. She had a large family of about 9. Her sister, Josie, lived and died in Mankato. We do not have a clue as to where to look in Norway for this last name. We guess it may have been shortened when they immigrated in the mid 1880's.
