Hallo Martha! The two Lien-farms was called Septon or Septun earlier. In the Vang-book (B) of Anders Frøholm (1990) you can read so on page 392. Here it says: 1595: Lien, 1598: Liien, 1604: Lij øde, 1612: Lyenn, 1615-1637: Lidenn/Septun (1632-37) 1645: Septon, 1647-1657: Sæpthoen, 1664- 1689: Septoen, 1723-1801: Septon About 1830 the Septon-name is not used any more, only Lien (Liè).
