Hei Star, Vol. A, page 161 says Amund Olson Nordre Roo, born 1716 married Dorte Knutsdtr. Killingbakke, see Øydgarden - then gives Amund's background. Page 182 gives Dorte Knutsdtr. Killingbakke, as marrying Amund Knutson Nordre Roo, but this time, Amund was born in 1729, with different parents. If you use the old Norwegian naming system, they should have had maybe two Ole's and two girls should have been Gunhild and Marit. They do have one Marit but no Gunhild. There's an Amund Olson Roo born 6-21-1716. I didn't find one in 1729. Dorte Knutsdtr. Killingbakke was born May 31, 1733. There are only a few errors I've found in the S. Aurdal bygdebøker. I think they're unusually well written. From here on, you're gues is as good as mine.
