Valdres Bygdebok (Volume B, page 258, 259; Volume C, page 261): Ola Gudbrandsson Berge(r) (1686-1742) was a widower when he married Ragndi (or Ragnhild) Torsteindatter (1714-1804). It appears Ola Gudbrandsson was first at Nørsvin, and later moved to Lykkja (#101/6) under Berge. They had two children: Gudbrand Ola (1742- (Volume C, page 262): Ola Olsson Nørsvin (1742- ) was a "brukar" at Lykka from about 1770-1790. He married in 1770 to Marit Embriksdatter (1749-1789) They had 6 children: 1. Ola (1771- ) He took over the farm, and in 1797, he sold it to his brother-in-law, Knut Trondsson Kvie. 2. Embrik (1773- ) 3. Berit (1774- ) Also known as Berit Olsdatter Berge. She married Knut Trondsson Kvie in 1798 and had one daughter named Marit. 4. Embrik (1778- ) 5. Ragndi (1781- ) 6.
