I am looking for information on William Pugh born 1851 and Olivia or Louisa Sanders born 1851. They were the parents of Thomas b.1874, William Harvey b. 1877 and Kimps (Kimper) Pugh born March 8, 1878. Obituary for Kimps gave that he was born in Portsmouth, Va.
