In his book " The Powell Families of Virginia & the South" there are 8 entries for Albert "no middle name" none of whom were born in 1802 Isle of Wight Co VA. There are an additional eleven entries for Albert with various middle names....none born in 1802. The family group that I sent in the other message had a lot of Alberts, so you might want to look through the Lucas book. I also checked for Mintons...there are 9 different names (Chloe,p.535; John,p.153;Jordan,p.153; Jos.,p.532; Josh,p.153;Mary,p.202; Shadrack,pp.202 & 236; Stephen,p.532; Thelma,p.147)listed. I only found 2 names under Sale : Dudley and Mary Jane,both listed on p.330.I didn't find any overlapping Minton/Sale/Albert Powell entries , but I don't know if that is significant or not.Hope this helps...good luck
