He was born in abt 1803. This county was listed on a death certificate for his son as being Raleigh's birthplace. Can anyone tell me of any Coggin(s) families that lived in Isle of Wight County at that time? Or, would someone please do a lookup on any available records for that time? Sure would appreciate it.
