My John was born about 1660, and had a wife Sarah (again, this is all according to other researchers, and no one can provide me any documentation). If you happen to run across these names in your research, please let me know. John and Sarah had the following children: Luke, John, William, Mordecai (my ancestor), Media, Elizabeth, Abigail, George, Thomas, Mary and Francis. Thanks so much for any and all help.

Eliza Virginia Bartlett Elise Virginia Hazzard Joseph Leonard Hazzard James and Mahala burried at Mill Swamp Baptist Church in Isle of Wight. So far all family from that area. also James Samuel White m. Nancy Jane Carrol had James Merritt White m. Geneva Crocker in 1910.

The Thomas Powell line has a lot of guys named William, Nathaniel and Thomas propagated through the generations....(and females named Elizabeth and Sarah). Trying to sift out the correct information for each one is my continual headache. (lol) Having said that, I do show a son of James Riddick and Mary Dunstan as being "Captain James Riddick", born 1657. And, I show him (Capt. James) as having a son, William, born 1683. (maybe) lol
