It is no longer used and kept locked, but the fence is low enough in places to crawl over. It is on the corner of Union Street and Locust Street in what is now referred to as the Hilltop Neighborhood. The gates are on Union Street. This used to be a well kept part of town. Valparaiso University is part of this neighborhood, but the rest of the neighborhood has become very run down. The Neighborhood Assoc. is in the process of rebuilding this area. Robert S.
