Apart from the genealogies, I started looking in the genealogy section of the Dallas Public Library, arguably one of the 10 best genealogy libraries in the country. I've learned volumes on the Net, but the library has given me answers about which there can simply be no argument, like my 5-greats g'fathers experience in the Revolutionary War.
