Sherry Hello Sherry and fellow List Members, I had to take a little while... to check with a cousin so mine, who descends directly from this pair... so that I would have all my facts. Here's what Marion sent to me and I hope it helps someone out there: In the book Woodsons and Their Connections, written 1915, John Woodson, b about 1697 in Henrico was married probably about 1720 to Elizabeth Anderson d/o Thomas Anderson of Hanover Co. John Woodson, was son of Richard Woodson, b about 1662 at Curles in Henrico Co, married Ann Smith, daughter of Obadiah Smith. Richard Woodson, was son of Robert Woodson and Elizabeth Ferris Robert was born according to his own deposition in the year 1634 at Fleur de Hundred and this is where the massacre occured. Married Elizabeth Ferris possibly about 1656. She was daughter of Richard Ferris of Curles Robert was s/o Dr John Woodson and wife Sarah _________ I hope I haven't left anyone out in this. Marion in AZ ~~~~~~~~~~ Thank you Marion... you've been a very big help.
