Melchizedeck came to Henrico early 1600's aboard the ship "Transit" (though I haven't yet found a ship named "Transit"). He married Eliz.Branch,daughter of Thomas who came from Abbington,England. Their first child was john born about 1700. Melchizedeck's father may have been Melchizedeck or Thomas Richardson.
