The Lewis family is probably on the 1790 Federal Census and other censuses. VSL also probably has records on the Rocketts family as well. Also post your query on <genforum.com/va>. Many old families are in the VSL archives. Also check <ancestry.com> Revolutionary War records. Let us know what you find out.
