I am thinking of signing up and paying for one of those genealogy web groups, where you then have access to censuses, various other records, etc. Do any of you have a suggestion as to which is the best to join? The best in terms of cost vs what you get for your money? I don't want to join something, only to find out that half the stuff I want isn't available. Thanks. Second question, does anyone have any personal family anecdotes about life growing up in Richmond's Oregon Hill, esp. during the early 1900s, that they would be willing to let me incorporate in a book I'm working on?
