I would like an answer to the Web group question as well. Also is there anywhere you can find out how to contact them for joining without putting your credit card on line-- ie snail mail address?? I know ancestry.com has mail/phone access, because my grandmother got herself confused and called them because she didn't understand the web process. I don't kow about any of the others.
