Charles Hulsey and I think this is Charles the 2nd, was born 1695 in Henrico and died November 18, 1729 in Goochland, Virginia and I believe is buried there. Johanna Hulsey was my great grandmother and she was the daughter of Joel Hulsey (son of Charles Hulsey III).
