I do not believe that the actual court cases were microfilmed however, so I am not sure that you would be able to find out much about the disposition of this case through the Archives. My guess is that if any preliminary evidence was heard in Lewisburg, it would still be tied up as a "packet", still in the courthouse, if it did not go with them to Richmond.
