JW, You have the correct Thomas Andrews. Below is some information from my notes. I do not have the transportation information, and I have not entered Jane as his wife, since I'm not sure about that. As for two people sharing responsibility for the transportation of an individual, I have seen that happen before. Thomas Andrews did not mention his wife in his will. If you need the will information, I would be happy to send that also. I had never thought about Garnett actually being Garrett until recently when the Garrett discussion started. At least it is a possibility, and something to consider. Sue 1663. Thomas was born about this time, an estimate from some Henrico Co., Va. Court records: Henrico Co., VA. Deeds, Wills, Etc. 1688-1697. (Film #0031763). Page 135: June Court 1690. Mentioned as giving a deposition: Thomas Andrews aged about 25 years. Page 263: October Court 1691. Deposition: Thomas Andrews aged 28 years or thereabouts. >From these two estimates, most research has chosen 1663. 1704, October 20. Land Office Patents and Grants (from Library of Virginia website). Thomas Andrews. Henrico Co. 394 acres. On the North side of Appamattocks River; adjoining the Land of Wm Taylor (in one part of the patent the name is Traylor) & Timothy Harris. 1705, April. Henrico Co. Rent Roll. Thomas Andrews, 396 acres. ----- Original Message ----- From: "james garrett" <jwgarrett@webtv.net> To: <vahenric@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, January 05, 2007 12:32 AM Subject: Re: [VAHENRIC] ATTN: James River Harrison Descendants! > Sue, > > In Selena Mayes Du Lac book, Henrico Co.
