I have scoured Blankenship marriages, but only found one (LeRoy Blankenship/Phebe Kyser or Kyper, 1839 Chesterfield) that had a Phebe for a wife. If this is her, then Nancy wasn't a Blankenship, as she was born c1820. Maybe her mother's second marriage or maybe no relationship at all! My Phebe disappears after the 1860 census, but Nancy Walker lived on until at least the 1880 census, where she too was listed as blind, but her age varies through the censuses so often, I can't say when she was born.
