Did the Kennons have any connection with a family of Garrott's/Garrett? 1730 - John Garrott of Henrico recieved a lan patent in Prince George neat Wm Kennon & Thomas Webster. 1744 - Wm Kennon deeds land on Old Town Cr adjoining land of Thomas Webster and was plantation where Wm Garrett formerly lived. Richard Kennon was due 8000 acres for importation of a list of people, including Isa. Gill, John Gill, Stephen Gill, Joseph Gill, Peter Gill, Anne Gill, and Mary Gill. This family was actually Isaac Guille, and in 1685 they were in London, waiting to come over as indentured servants: 1685, September 16. Lord Mayor's Waiting Book, 1684-6, Vol. 14, Page 404. Guille, Isaac, his wife Anna and children Magdalene, John, Peter, Stephen, and Joseph. All bound to Augustine Boullay in Virginia.
