During my lifetime there was a Sheriff of Hanover by the name of John Brackett Vaughan Dr. A. Nye Brackett was either the g-grand-father or grandfather of Henry Nye Wingfield who owned Claybank during the Depression. Judy Lowry at the F.L. Page Library maybe of more help to you.
