Are there any parish records in the time period 1815 to 1835? Phillips - more To clarify the message I sent - Slash Church location used to be listed as Peakes or Peaks - all was called St. Paul's Parrish until it was divided therefore the ancestors you are looking for were in that parish UNTIL they became residents - tho not having moved - of St. Martins Parish which was created FROM/taken out of St. Paul's Parish in 1727. The book I have quoted from if the St. Paul's Vestry Book 1704 - 1787. Many people were confused by this & that's why we have so many records saying one or the other parish. So if you were now close to the border/division you may or may not have an idea which parish you were now included in. Therefore as has been said before - when in doubt - check them all out!
