The article in the paper made it sound as if the paupers or crazies didn't matter. Over the years the stones could have been vandalized, broken or just carried away. If they moved graves at an earlier time, I'd think there would have been evidence of other graves. Here in Ky. they move graves all the time. If the developer is honest they move them.
