Gouldin is located south of Route 33, south of Taylors Creek, between Chewsville (Crewsville) road and Oticon Road. It is a good distance from Negrofoot or Beaverdam. There is a road named Gouldin Road, on which a landing strip is located. I am finding this information in my Virginia Atlas & Gazetteer. If you need a scan of the page, let me know. Negrofoot is the intersection of Route 54 and Scotchtown Road. My 3ggrandfather ran the store and post office there in the 1860 - 1874 time frame. There was also a Goudlin in Caroline county near route 17. Pat Baber -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
