At the same time, Fredericksville Parish, Louisa Co. was formed from St. Martin's Parish, Hanover Co. Perhaps this person is a relative of William Haynes: "At a Vestry Held for Fredericksville Parish ye 23d Sept. 1751 "Item Henry Hayns and Richard Durret do procession all the lands from pritties Creek between turky run and the County line to the little mountains."
