Sherri, Don't forget that Oscar Via bulldozed some of the Civil War Trenches on this property about the time that they were trying to get the property rezoned . At that time if my memory serves me right there was a big stir going on with the Media about the Historic civil war trenches on this property. If the last grave was put there in the 1940's I would thing that Mr. Via knew about the Cemetery on that property. Pat
