I thank all of the subscribers who have pointed me in the right direction to find Mechunk Creek on my DeLorme Atlas pages. I knew you would help!!! My umpteen great-uncle Nathaniel Williams must have removed from that area prior to the Revolution. His sons were in various places in NC and VA, according to family tradition. Joseph Williams of Surry Co., NC I can generally find records of these men, including a will or two, but to date I have found no document to link them to their purported father. Thanks all.
