There are at least two Mechunk (Maucrunk) Creeks in Va. that I have crossed. One is E or SE of Richmond and the other flows in Fluvanna and Albemarle counties at least. It flows southward under interstate Route 64 just west of the Fluvanna line and its tributaries crossing Va. route 22 and the C&O RR (if that is still it's name) between Keswick and Cismont. Its lower reach is roughly parallel to route 616 from Keswick to Boyd Tavern. Crest
