Al, How small the world is! I would love to receive a copy of the picture and anything else you come up with. Dr. Vest' s second wife, Dorothy Jeanette Fleet, is of great interest to me. My mother is the great-granddaughter of Dr. William Theophilus FLEET and his wife, Maria Susan BAGBY, of King and Queen County. Her grandfather, William Hamilton FLEET, was one of Dr. FLEET's six surviving children of whom Dorothy Jeanette was the oldest. I am researching this branch of the FLEETs with particular attention to the lives of these six siblings. Coincidentally, my husband and I will be attending a conference in Washington, DC next month and will visit Richmond afterwards. Dr. Vest, both wives and many children are buried at Hollywood cemetery. I wanted to visit there as well as find the house at 2304 East Broad Street where they lived. As it turns out, that house is now a bed and breakfast, called the William Catlin House, and we will be staying there during our visit. The genealogy gods seem to be smiling on me at the moment. I will send my mailing address separately. Thank you so much for your generous offer. Vest owned the place on which I now live. I lived in the old house for twenty years before it burned. I can send you a picture of the old house and maybe more, I will have to look and see what I still have. Al ______________________________
