Clark is the son Of Leonard Clark and Ann Snoddy Clark and grandson of Leonard Clark b. abt 1749 in St. Mary's Co., NC .and Mary Messers Clark. Wiley was born in Smith Co., TN.and migrated to Crittenden Co., Ky in 1851-1852. He later moved to Fannin Co., Tx where he died in 1905. He was born Aug. 1829.
