Hi, I have an unknown Satterfield gentleman who married Nancy (possibly Ann) W. Cook (married 1st to ?? Clark, 2nd to ?? Claiborne). Nancy was the daughter of Jarrett Walthall Cook & Elizabeth Carter. She had 3 known daughters with her 3rd husband, ?? Satterfield ... Mary J., Julia A. & Letitia A. Satterfield. Nancy was born 1807/08 in Halifax Co. and died 1861, probably also Halifax Co. (not documented). Her father's family moved from Halifax Co. VA to Green Co., KY about 1832-33 with most of the other family members. Nancy and another sister, Julia Benson Cook Swanson remained in Halifax Co., with their families.
