I am looking for info on my Rev War ancestor: Daniel Haston/Hastings. He moved to White Co TN in 1807 and was a neighbor of Nicholas Gillantine, and his son Jesse married Elizabeth Gillantine. I have found out that the Gillantines came from halifax Co and was wondering if Daniel came from there also.
