Aug 21, 1777 from Frederick Talley of H, to Jarrard McCarty of H, for 50 �, one certain tract of land in H, and bounded by Fontaine, Blue Wing branch{s/s Hyco} Signed - Frederick Tally(+ his mark). Wit - none. Memorandum of livery of seizin: from the within named Abraham Talley [sic, Frederick] to the within named Jarrard McCartey. Recorded Aug 21, 1777. ---note Fontaine, and in 1770 deed also.
