Does anyone know where the cem. is located? Thanks. Bette Dottie Nell Moore, 86, of Galax, died Wednesday, May 17, 2006, at her home. She was the widow of Howard Albrey Moore. She was born Feb. 12, 1920, in Galax to Curtis William and Flora Rector Lundy. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Leftwich of Clemmons, N.C., and Peggy Kaplan of Silver Springs, Md.; eight grandchildren, Curtis Leftwich, Glen Leftwich, Angela Wilson, Kevin Kaplan, Don Hall Jr., Teena Hall, Alex Hall and Crystal McCall; and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, James Curtis Leftwich. A funeral was held Saturday at Crap Creek Primitive Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Elder Bobby Absher officiated.
