Looking for Baker-Heavin family who came to Grayson County about 1800 or so: Deliah Baker born 1800 m. Joseph Heavin, both families from Montgomery County, VA (old boundary). Thank you! Best wishes, Pat Elder "I care not much for a man's religion whose dog and cat are not the better for it." Pat, I saw your message and thought maybe we have a connection. My gggrandfather was Benjamin Warren Baker b. Mar 26, 1805 at Platsburg, Clinton Co., NY He married Ann Eliza (Liza) Havens born Feb 2, 1803 Connecticut. He may have married her in Ohio, I am not sure, but he ended up living in Chagrin Falls, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio. It seems quite a coincidence our Baker and Havens marrying. I have not been able to connect to his father yet. There were several Baker's in NY. Let me know what you think! Glenda >
