Carson had a brother living there. I believe there was an Ann Atkins that mar. a John Carson both born abt. 1865 but I can't find a marriage record for them in VA or NC. In 1820 the only Carsons I found in Grayson was my James Carson and an Ann Carson with several ch. If i find anything on Mary during my search I will let you know.
