Bette, I have an F. J. Hale (no siblings listed) as s/o W. & M. Hale. I had F. J. md. to Nancy Hale (d/o Peyton G. & Amanda Cornett Hale). So I checked the marriage book for them and it says Fielden J. was s/o Warner & Mary Hale, Madison Co., NE. The "One World Tree" shows they had a son named Stephen (though it doesn't show a spouse for him.) Perhaps this is the couple you are looking for?
