Kelly and Cheryl, A friend of mine checked the records at the courthouse for me and found the marriage for Wiley W. McBride and Julina Hale as follows: Book 2, page 21 - Marriage of Wiley W. McBride and Julina Hale - Sept 22, 1870 Both 21 yrs of age, single, born in Grayson Co and residents of Grayson Co Wiley was a farmer, son of Wyatt & Cynthia McBride Julina, daughter of Alfred & Elizabeth Hale She also checked Wyatt and Cynthia McBride and Alfred and Elizabeth Hale, and found this: Wyatt (spelled Wayatt MacBride, I think - who ever wrote the Marriage Register had terrible handwriting!!) and Sintha Cox, married Nov 20, 1831 - Book 1, page 49 (no other information) Alfred Hail and Elizabeth Jones married Dec 25, 1838 - book 1, page 31 (no other information) [Note: if you would like copies of the records, she will be glad to make them for you if you will reimburse her for copy and mailing costs. If you're interested, send me your snail address -- privately -- and I will pass it on to her.] The marriage record tells me that the Julina Hale you are both looking for is the same Julina Hale that I have in my files.
