Wow Sue...you've sure done your homework! In my first post, I mentioned that I was adopted. When I decided to do this, I wanted to do it right. I am very picky, so I like to verify everything. I know you can't always have "proof" documents, and I know you are bound to make mistakes every now and then, but I will try my best to get things accurate. Sue, I have been reading the emails on the Jones' family. Hve you seen the book, "Chatham, The Life of a House" byRalph Happel? It is the story of Betty Churchill Jones ands thier life at the mansion. There are pictures of Churchill Jones and Betty? I got it at the Betty Washington home library when we visited VA?
