Hi A few months ago, I posted looking for this book written by Charles Thomas. I was unable to locate a copy then. To my surprise, a copy arrived at my mothers house the other day. Im not sure if the author revised it, or was getting more printed, or what, but anyone interested in obtaining this book should try writing to Charles Thomas.
