Wright, Jr and Olly (Olive) Elizabeth Roberts, but no spouse listed for him. I am just wondering if this is the same person. Sue Dotson [email protected] Leona Sue Wright Hill, 76 Leona Sue Wright Hill, 76, of Fries, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2003, at Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax. She was born in Wythe County to Harlow Bruce Wright and Bessie Mae Walker Wright. Survivors include her husband, Edgar Phipps Hill of Fries; three sons and daughters-in-law, Douglas and Kathy Hill of Honolulu, Hawaii, Ralph and Esther Hill of Galax and David and Faye Hill of Fries; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Darlene and Larry Sawyers, Mary and Mark Williams and Theresa Gunter, all of Fries; two brothers, the Rev. Glen Wright of Ivanhoe and Don Wright of Wytheville; two sisters, Janice Cox of Galax and Audrey Viars of Salem; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral was held Saturday at the Fries Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in the church cemetery. The Revs. Bill Linkous, John Williams and Gloria Lancaster Rhudy officiated. Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
