In answer to Bernie's quiery, I have a copy of Pioneer Settlers Of Grayson County, Virginia (reprint 1982) that has listed in index: three listings of Isom, no listings for Samcox, & thirty four listings for Bryant. I had a search preformed by my home public library that found two locations of the book, but for some unknown reason the books could not be borrowed, possibly the rare books were in such a condition that prohibited the lending.
